1. Agreement
These Terms govern global access to Ksumiyo, an AI text-to-music studio. By using Ksumiyo from any country, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Music Rules.
2. Free commercial use
Subject to these Terms and the Music Rules, Ksumiyo-generated tracks may be used for personal and commercial projects, including videos, podcasts, games, films, social content, demos, and client work. This permission applies to your use of the generated output from Ksumiyo; it does not give you rights in third-party music, lyrics, recordings, voices, brands, artist identities, or protected materials that you may reference, upload, or attempt to imitate.
3. AI technology notice
Ksumiyo uses AI music generation technology and private generation infrastructure. AI-generated music can still raise questions around originality, similarity, disclosure, local law, and platform rules. Ksumiyo does not guarantee that underlying technologies, providers, or infrastructure are responsible for how you use Ksumiyo or any generated output.
4. No exclusive ownership guarantee
AI-generated outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users or by other tools. Ksumiyo does not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, or free from third-party claims in every jurisdiction. Before using a track in a high-value commercial release, broadcast, advertisement, game, client campaign, or rights-managed library, you should review the output for originality and keep the prompt ID, prompt, Track DNA, and generation date for your records.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, lyrics, uploads, project context, and how you use generated tracks. Do not use Ksumiyo to infringe rights, impersonate people, create unlawful content, mislead audiences, or adapt protected styles, recordings, lyrics, voices, or materials unless you have the rights and permissions required for your use.
6. Prohibited conduct
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or deceptive use.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, backend protections, or security controls.
- No scraping, automated abuse, resale of the service, or model extraction.
- No uploading generated tracks to exclusive rights systems in a way that blocks other Ksumiyo users.
- No prompts or uploads that ask Ksumiyo to copy, clone, imitate, or recreate a living artist, a specific song, a distinctive voice, copyrighted lyrics, or a protected recording.
- No use that is culturally insensitive, misleading about AI involvement, or likely to harm creators, audiences, communities, or rights holders.
7. Referrals and promotional credits
Ksumiyo may offer referral links, bonus generations, promotional credits, or similar growth features. Referral bonuses are promotional, have no cash value, may be limited to new accounts, and may expire or be limited to a specific day. Ksumiyo may change, pause, withhold, or reverse referral rewards if activity appears fraudulent, abusive, automated, or inconsistent with these Terms.
8. Sharing generated tracks
Ksumiyo may provide sharing templates, platform links, download controls, and browser share tools to help you publish your generated music. You remain responsible for the content you post, the caption or disclosure you choose, and compliance with each platform's rules, including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, distributors, labels, and rights-management systems.
9. Availability
Ksumiyo is provided on an as-available basis. Generation time, quality, uptime, and availability can vary, especially while the service is free and in testing. AI outputs are provided without warranties of accuracy, originality, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent allowed by law.
10. Changes
Ksumiyo may update features, limits, policies, and these Terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
11. Local laws
You are responsible for using Ksumiyo in a way that is lawful in your country and on the platforms where you publish generated music, including any rules about AI disclosure, music licensing, consumer protection, advertising, publicity rights, copyright, moral rights, cultural heritage, and data protection.
12. Technology attribution
Ksumiyo respects applicable licensing and attribution requirements for technologies used to operate the service. References to third-party technologies, providers, or platforms do not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification unless expressly stated.
