2. Free commercial use
Subject to these Terms and the Music Rules, Ksumiyo-generated tracks may be used for personal and commercial projects, including videos, podcasts, games, films, social content, demos, and client work.
3. No exclusive ownership guarantee
AI-generated outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users or by other tools. Ksumiyo does not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, or free from third-party claims in every jurisdiction.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, lyrics, uploads, project context, and how you use generated tracks. Do not use Ksumiyo to infringe rights, impersonate people, create unlawful content, or mislead audiences.
5. Prohibited conduct
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or deceptive use.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, backend protections, or security controls.
- No scraping, automated abuse, resale of the service, or model extraction.
- No uploading generated tracks to exclusive rights systems in a way that blocks other Ksumiyo users.
6. Availability
Ksumiyo is provided on an as-available basis. Generation time, quality, uptime, and availability can vary, especially while the service is free and in testing.
7. Changes
Ksumiyo may update features, limits, policies, and these Terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
8. Local laws
You are responsible for using Ksumiyo in a way that is lawful in your country and on the platforms where you publish generated music.
